Dealing with Admission Issues

The scanner does not read my QR code

Depending on the condition of the surface of the smartphone screen, light reflection may make it difficult to read the code. Please wipe off any fingerprints on the screen beforehand, set the brightness to maximum, and reduce light reflection by creating shadows with your hands. If this still does not solve the problem, please come to the manual handling booth.

Please note that this year's system does not have an expiration date on the QR code, based on the previous year's feedback. So, if you are concerned, you can print out the QR code at home and bring it with you (we will not be responsible for any loss of the code).

QR code does not appear

If you can confirm your ticket ID, please come to the manual handling booth.

If you do not know your ticket ID, please bring your student ID (proof of grade, class, and number) to the manual service booth.

My dashboard does not work properly

If you leave a tab open for a long period of time while logged in, the system may automatically log you out for security reasons. Please try "Reload" or "Clear Cache" from the browser menu.
