Dealing with problems with account creation and login

I get an error and cannot press the register button

Error: There is already a user registered for this grade, class, and attendance number.

This error rarely occurs because it is forbidden to create multiple accounts for a single person, but it may occur if you fail to create an account and recreate it.

If you get this error even though you have no idea what you are doing, it is possible that someone is impersonating you and has multiple accounts.

Please contact the Festival Prep Committee members so that we can forcibly delete the account registered with your information and allow you to register again.

I could press the registration button, but I didn't receive an email

The email comes from cp-reception-manage@bnksi.ml. It may be in your spam folder, so please check it carefully again.

If you cannot find the email, you can request a password reset again from here.

If this fails, please try to create your account again with a different email address.

I have set (or changed) my password, but I cannot log in with the new password
