Dealing with problems with page rendering

The screen goes blank when trying to move through the pages​

If you are viewing this page on a smartphone or other device, it is possible that the connection is simply slow. Don't be too rushed, and please wait for a few seconds.

If the screen is still white no matter how long you wait, the problem is probably related to the system's update. Try "Reload" or "Clear Cache" from the browser menu.

If this still occurs frequently, please contact the Festival Committee for further assistance.

The layout gets corrupted when moving pages​

It is possible that you are transitioning between pages too quickly, and the actions the browser should be performing between transitions are not being performed correctly.

Please try to use a little slower.

My dashboard does not work properly​

If you leave a tab open for a long period of time while logged in, the system may automatically log you out for security reasons. Please try "Reload" or "Clear Cache" from the browser menu.
